BE MINE, VALENTINE

Valentines Day has always been one of my favourite holidays. Not necessarily because of it's traditional meaning, even though it is quite lovely, but mainly because I love everything that comes out in the shops at this time of year! Red and pink is my favourite colour combination, I love hearts, I love cheesy cards and any excuse to go out for dinner. Or eat an entire share-size chocolate bar... I've never done that before. Honestly.

THE PERFECT NAVY JUMPER

One colour that I may actually love more than black is navy. It's just as dark and figure-forgiving as black but I feel it has some extra depth to it. You have to think about it a little more. In this outfit, as I've stuck to one colour I tried to play around with texture and pattern. 

3 FAVOURITE PLACES TO EAT IN AMSTERDAM

In December my friend Tasha and I took a little city break to Amsterdam, and oh my god, we fell in love. It was everything we expected it to be and so much more - stylish, arty and tasty!

I generally like to eat as healthy as possible and Tasha has to eat a gluten-free diet so we always get a bit anxious when travelling, but we were absolutely inundated with choice. It was a clean-eaters paradise. Acai bowls, buckwheat pancakes, avocado on toast, protein smoothies... It was everywhere! So here are 3 of my favourite restaurants from our trip.

CHEAP FRILLS

Holy moly, it is cold. But skipping around to keep warm without a coat was totally worth it to show off this top with the most gorgeous flute sleeves. Here is an outfit I wore at the weekend to shop and see family, perfect for looking like I made effort but really I just wanted to keep cosy...

THE START OF SOMETHING WONDERFUL

HELLO AGAIN, 

It's the start of 2017 and I'm feeling happy, I've grown up over the last year and I'm ready to start fresh with my blog. I started creating content about 5 years ago, as a baby faced 17 year old with so many creative ideas and too much time on my hands. I am so grateful for what my blog brought to me at that time... I got to work with ASOS! But I do cringe - and feel proud, too - when I look back at older posts, which is why I have deleted over 150 of them...

My passion for style hasn't disappeared, it has multiplied x1000 and I'm going to be working hard the next coming weeks on re-designing my whole blog and creating well-thought and wholesome content this time around. I'm so excited to be back! I want to share with you some style pieces that I've been loving this winter.
